This week was very successful. The problems saving building layouts has been fixed. You can now load and save your layouts. My next task is to get editing working and then I am hoping to generate some support in helping to texture all these building models we have.
Right now they’re all texture-less white, Boring. If you know how to skin models please consider dropping by the forums and helping out.
I upgraded the debian packages I use for development to the latest version of Ogre (1.7.1 RC1) and found some new bugs which only appeared after the upgrade. They’ve all been fixed now.
This is so weird, For no reason whatsoever I remebered Hardwar and reinstalled it and played it and its still great, Then yesterday I was thinking how amazing could this game be if it was redesigned with todays technology and then I find you guys are doing it!! great hope you do a good job.
Hardwar was an amazing game because it sucked you into the environment but I feel it was still lacking in many areas it could of been awesome…
Same concept same feel and ambience yet much more indepth and yet still keeping simple and intuitive, needs to be more emphasis on your moth with a wow type interface where you can see all its part with more customisable.
Wish I has technical ability so that I could help but I am only a fan of the game with no coding skills
